Fingers had a very specific taste in music. That taste was 80s. Whether it was something good like Billie Jean, or something bad like the Communards (sorry if you’re reading Somerville), if it was from the 1980s then the chances are that he’d like it.
Here are a few songs that could make up a Fingers/Mumfy playlist, and as we’re going for an interactive site, leave the songs that remind you of him (80s or not) in the comments section below. And before anyone says it, we’re fully aware of the irony in the choice of Queen songs.
So far, we’ve got the below Track List and this can be downloaded in iTunes by searching for ‘Fingers Mumfy Corbett’ in Playlists:

- 19 – Paul Hardcastle

He played Sympathy for the Devil a lot at night when I shared a room with him. Didn’t freak me out at all. Much.
(I was 10 at the time, in my defence).
How do I add this track?
Ha ha, that’s probably not the best thing for a 10 year old to listen to with a brother that liked playing with fire!
I’ll add it on to the list now, though i’m concerned that it wasn’t 80s enough. Hoepfully it was in an 80s film soundtrack.
